Terms & Conditions

1. General

By using BAYSE Reformer Pilates services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These apply to all memberships, bookings, classes, and use of our facilities.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Memberships operate on a 4-week rolling basis and renew automatically unless cancelled with appropriate notice.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

3. Credits

  • Credits may be purchased as part of a membership or on a pay-as-you-go basis.
  • All credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Unused membership credits roll over while your subscription remains active. Cancelling your membership will result in expiry of unused credits at the end of your billing cycle.
  • Pay-as-you-go credits remain valid until used, subject to any published expiry period.
  • All credits — membership or pay-as-you-go — are subject to the same booking and cancellation policies outlined below.

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Classes must be booked in advance through the timetable.
  • Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the class will automatically refund your credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the class will result in a strike. After 3 strikes within a calendar quarter, a £10 late cancellation fee will apply to each additional late cancel.
  • No-shows will result in a £20 no-show fee immediately, regardless of strike count.
  • Strike counts reset on the first day of each quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st).

5. Membership Cancellation

  • Memberships can be cancelled with at least 28 days' notice before your next billing date.
  • No partial refunds are offered for unused portions of your current billing period.

6. Health & Safety

  • By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in good health and able to exercise safely.
  • You must inform instructors of any injuries, health conditions, or concerns prior to class.
  • BAYSE accepts no liability for any injuries sustained unless directly caused by instructor negligence.
