New Cancellation Policy

From Thursday 2nd October 2025 15:00 we have revised our cancellation policy:

• Cancel 12+ hours before – credit refunded
• Cancel less than 12 hours before – credit not refunded
• No show – £10 charge (reduced from £20)

There is no longer a penalty charge for cancelling less than 4 hours.
